Comedian and actor Kapil Sharma’s film Zwigato released in theaters last Friday, which is getting mixed response from the audience. Recently, the comedian organized a special screening of his film for Delivery Boys, for which Kapil Sharma himself also reached the theatre.

At the special screening in Mumbai, he had a special moment with the delivery boys and clicked a lot of selfies with them. Kapil wrote in the caption – ‘Special screening for those who are spreading happiness every day.’ Recently PVR and INOX organized special screening of the film in Mumbai and Delhi for the delivery boys.

Directed by Nandita Das, ‘Zwigato’ stars Kapil Sharma and Shahana Goswami in lead roles along with Tushar Acharya, Sayani Gupta and many more. The story of the film is based on the life of Manas, who loses his job during the pandemic and is forced to work as a food delivery worker.

Kapil himself is playing the role of a food delivery boy in the film. Recently remembering his days of struggle, Kapil told that there was a time when he used to work at STD phone booth. In one of his interviews, Kapil Sharma told that people ask him how did you mold yourself into the character of Zwigato.

In an interview given to Aaj Tak, Kapil said, ‘Many people ask how did you get into the character? I say that I have not left yet. Really, because I have also done small things. I have worked in Coca-Cola, then I have worked in STD-PCO…Nowadays, there are no mobiles everywhere..I have worked there too.

I have been doing odd jobs in the garment factory for my pocket money. I like to earn money by myself. So when I heard this story, I connected it myself.
